Professional Profile
I specialize in psychology applied to well-being, performance, and awareness, with an integrated approach that combines mindfulness, sports psychology, and personal development. I work with individuals, groups, and teams, designing programs aimed at promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and conscious presence in daily life, professional activities, and sports.
My experience spans clinical psychological counseling, support in organizational contexts, and the design and facilitation of structured Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs, with particular attention to stress management, performance enhancement, and overall well-being.
Through advanced training in cognitive-interpersonal psychotherapy (A.R.P.C.I. School of Rome) and sports psychology, combined with practical experience across various professional and athletic contexts, I have developed a personalized, integrated approach capable of combining awareness processes, emotional regulation, and the development of individual potential.
Beyond clinical work, I conduct mindfulness and MBSR programs, integrating theoretical and practical principles acquired through national and international training experiences, including direct participation in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR program, founder of the method. I work with freelancers, entrepreneurs, and athletes, helping them cultivate mental presence, decision-making resilience, and balance between personal life and professional and athletic performance.
Education and Mindfulness Training
I completed advanced training in sports psychology and psychosomatics, complemented by a specialization in cognitive-interpersonal psychotherapy. I have deepened my knowledge of MBSR protocols through specialized schools and courses, including Mindfulness Academy and Mindful Educator, and participated directly in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR program.
These experiences have enabled me to design and lead MBSR programs for professionals, entrepreneurs, and athletes, focusing on stress management, attentional and emotional regulation, and the development of decision-making resilience and optimal performance.
Professional Experience
My professional experience includes clinical activities, psychological counseling, and support for individuals and groups in various contexts, including rehabilitation centers, adolescent and adult care centers, and family support programs. I have also gained experience in public administration, managing organizational processes, coordination, and administrative tasks.
At the same time, I have developed an extensive activity in sports psychology, actively collaborating with major federations and sports organizations. In particular, I work with Fijlkam (Karate, Judo, Wrestling, and Martial Arts), FIPsiS (Italian Federation of Sports Psychologists), and SIPSIS (Italian Society of Sports Psychologists) in both educational and training contexts.
Sports Experience
Sports have been a central thread in my personal and professional development. I have practiced and taught disciplines such as karate, swimming, archery, canoeing, and rowing, participating in intensive training programs and national and international competitions. My experience as both an athlete and instructor has helped me understand the importance of integrating body and mind, applying these principles to mindfulness programs and sports psychology to promote optimal performance, awareness, and personal well-being.
